I got one for some one, for the Minnesota v. Oklahoma State match next week, I'll take Minnesota and give you 9 points. Sigs and Avatars for 2 weeks. Anyone?

I could see any number of outcomes for this dual, but for purposes of the bet heres my "prediction."
125- Ness dec Shinn 3-0 Minnesota 133- Scott maj Thorn 4-3 OK State 141- Morgan dec Rivera 7-3 OK State 149- Schlatter tech Jackson 8-7 Minnesota 157- Schlatter dec McSpadden 11-7 Minnesota 165- Hendricks maj Larson 11-11 174- Mason dec Dretsch 14-11 OK State 184- Kish maj Jensen 15-14 Minnesota 197- Malamura maj Shelton 19-14 Minnesota 285- Konrad fall Rosholt 25-14 Minnesota
Things I see that could vary. Ness could get the major, Scott could get the fall, Manny could beat Morgan, depending on whether or not CP goes OK State may win 157, Dretsch may beat Mason, Kish and/or Yura may not get bonuses, and Konrad may not pin Rosholt. Lots of variables here, I think Minnesota wins regardless, but it all depends.

125 ness dec shinn MN 3 OSU 0 133 coleman dec thorn MN 3 OSU 3 141 morgan dec rivera MN 3 OSU 6 outstanding match 149 schlatter tech fall jackson MN 8 OSU 6 157 schlatter dec mcspadden MN 11 OSU 6 165 hendrinkcs majors larson MN 11 OSU 10 174 mason dec dretsch MN 11 OSU 13 (dretsch had awful tmnt) 184 kish dec jensens MN 15 OSU 13 197 malamura dec shelton MN 18 OSU 13 Hwt Konrad dec Rosholt MN 21 OSU 13
I have to admit though I am being almost overly fair to OSU on this one since Rivera and Dretsch could certainly go the other way and there are bonus points out there for Minnesota to pick up if they work hard (Ness, Kish, Konrad)

wow, i forgot about C.P. not being there, that certainly helps my +9 cause although I think we both know that there is alot that can happen here...i will do a side bet that thorn keeps it to a decision only versus coleman...i like the way he looked versus valenti this weekend...

Alright, for the side bet, lets say if I win, and Thorn keeps it to a decision, we'll cut the bet down to one week, but if he gets majored it goes to three. Works same way if you win, Thorn gets majored it cuts down to one week, if he keeps it to a decision it goes to three.

if so i say if MN needs that pin at Hwt to win the match that Konrad gets it...I love him in the clutch...his shoulder seems to be on the mend as well...

I assume its in Minny, since it was in Oklahoma City last year. And on the order, I'd bet they wrestle it straight up Smith and Robinson both seem to like to do that.

Here is how I REALLY think it goes down since it is in Minny:
125 Ness dec Shinn 3-0 133 Scott Maj. Thorn 3-4 141 Rivera dec Morgan 6-4 I think Rivera is a match-up problem for Morgan, taller than Mack 149 Schlatter tech fall Jackson 11-4 157 Safratowich dec McSpadden 14-4 165 Hendricks m dec. Larson 14-8 174 Mason dec Dretsch 14-11 184 Kish m dec Jensens 18-11 197 Malamura dec Shelton 21-11 Hwt Konrad dec Rosholt 24-11

Yes, it is definitely in the Cities, although they change the date by a few days because of a conflict.
Boy, JensenS, you are one optimistic guy!!!
C.P. sounds as though he may be out. No one knows who is wrestling at 165........the 'stealth" weight so far this year with Kuhlman and Matusek missing in action. Thorn is inexperienced, and Cole is still on the mend and I don't think that littl Rosholt is going to be a pushover after spending a lifetime getting worked over by Big Jake and last year getting schooled by the Pumpkin.
