Jamaica was great Mon LOL....I could tell you the truth about themat but you would laugh at me. suffice to say that someone was tracking my posts and I exited stage left LOL
I stayed at Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica..got there Friday morning, got home last night. I barely dragged my sorry butt into biology this morning but didn't catch crap from the Professor because I had my hair in corn rows with a "No Problem" Jamaica shirt on LOL...I no longer bleed blood...I am officially bleeding gin and tonic LOLO...I did do a bit of tequila there but the tequila is nasty..so I stayed with the Tanqueray this time around.
Maybe we should ask Ted's head? LOL

Gin and Tonics? What about the Rum??? There's a bunch of Haitians and Jamaicans on my block (yes it smells good from the cooking, and the music is good when there's a party). One really hot day last summer we were invited to a neighbors' party. When we got there, there were about 7 or 8 older Jamaican men sitting under a canopy drinking coconut rum drinks and playing Dominos furiously. I know that sounds weird, but they were slapping down the dominos and talking smack about each other. It was a bit hard to understand them, between the thick accents and the rum drinks, but it was fun to watch. Then one of the women brought out the food. They were having Goat's Head Soup. It was hot as heck that day, but I had a bit of the soup. It was pretty good, although I ate more yams than meat.

Can't beat a good mojito on a hot day.

I thought "Goats Head Soup" was a Rolling Stones album? Going to Jamaica and not having a few tall rum drinks is against the law in that country.

Can't beat a good mojito on a hot day. Top shelf stuff... bartender even knew how to make a mojito.
Mo-ji-to.
No I don't think it's a gay drink.

OK..this is honesty..I heard that you don't get as hungover if you drink clear alcohol LOL..I was going for distance and worked really hard at maintaining a good buzz without going overboard LOL
I did bring home a bottle of Appleton Rum...and some little umbrellas.
When I went to class this morning I had a big Azz cup of Mickey D's coffee and winked at the Professor as I told him I needed to "keep the dream alive" and whipped out a paper umbrella and stuck it in my coffee LOL

Why bring back appelton you can buy that here. I would've brought back some jonny walker blue label, it goes for about 300 dollars here b/c the only way to get it is to buy it outside thestates
