I enjoyed seeing Tank get the crap beat out of him and then make excuses. Tank always made excuses, but of most any other fighter, the one I wouldn't want to face off with in a back street.

Bambam he still needs to face hallman to avenge the losses either way. Hughes can't fight Hallman now, because Hallman is no longer worthy of any UFC fight, much less a title bout. In the last 14 months, Hallman has lost three out of six fights, including his last UFC match to Jorge Rivera (who next was knocked out by Chris Leben in the first round). Hallman also lost to Ansar Chalangov, who then got stomped by both Thiago Alves and Josh Koschech. He is getting dominated by B level fighters. I do agree that Matt needs to avenge his loss to BJ Penn (assuming Penn defeats his next opponent this fall). But Matt will have more immediate concerns - he will be fighting Georges St Pierre on September 23. That could be a great fight.

Mooser, "That could be a great fight"? How could Hughes and GSP not be an all out rebel rousing brawl? I can't wait! BUT I certainly hope both men don't show to much respect for each other and make this a boring fight. Let's hope they each try to man handle each other. Either way I will have paid the PPV to see it.

Matt Hughes will not be boring. I think he respects plenty of great fighters, but he will still try to hoist and slam them. But there could be a quick sub (either way), like their last fight. Absolutely no way I would miss this pay per view either. But there's one in August that is shaping up to be just as good.

Yeah I don't think it will be boring either. If Hughes would have shown anyone "too much respect" it would have been Royce Gracie, but that certainly did not happen. Anyhow, I can't wait for the fight.

Fedor all the way. He would blow through any heavyweight out there.
