Smith, 35, of Stillwater, who pleaded guilty to the felony DUI charge in July, also was fined $200 on Friday and ordered to perform 50 hours of community service. It was his third drunken driving arrest in Payne County, according to jail records. Smith, 35, is the younger brother of OSU wrestling coach John Smith. Pat Smith joined the team in 1995 and resigned May 1, three days after the DUI arrest.

Obviously he had previous DUI's for this to be a felony, otherwise probation for a DUI is not uncommon.

Now he is free to go out and get drunk and try once again to kill someone while driving in that condition.
What a joke. The prosecutor and judge should both be in jail with this alcoholic bum.
