Beach wrestling, what's the deal?

Someone told me that the weight limit in Long Island on Aug 12th will be 264 pounds. That is what it says on the website as well:

But, the website for the Nationals in Florida says the weights will be determined on site without weight limit specified.

I am around 285 and I am not planning on losing any weight for Beach wrestling. I wish someone would clarify this for me.

Also, the tournament in Virginia had a weight class 240-300 pounds:

The dude who won the college division in Long Island last year looked well over 264. I could be wrong though.
