Is that a qualifier for national preps? And what is the St. Albans tournament?

The St. Alban's tournament is hosted at St. Alban's school in Washington, DC. It's generally a DC area private school tournament though a few schools from out of the area compete.
I don't believe there are any "qualifiers" to the National Preps.
I think this is a list of the teams that competed this year:
St. Albans Woodberry Forest School Dematha Wyoming Seminary St. Mary’s Ryken Bullis Potomac School Bishop McNamara GDS Paul VI HS St. Anselm’s Edmund Burke Western Reserve Academy Progressive Christian Maret Sidwell Friends Bishop Ireton Landon St. Benedicts Prep. Bishop O’Connell McLean School Georgetown Prep. St. Stephen’s & St. Agnes Episcopal High School

From what I understand, the top 3 placers from the NJ Prep tourney qualify for the national prep tournament. I don't know if they do the same elsewhere.

I asked about St. Albans because I saw it on Western Reserve Academy's schedule. WRA is a Cleveland area boarding school that I didn't even know had wrestling until a few weeks back.
