The match was closer than the score. I also think Rob was a "quarter-step" slow on the day (it happens). Rob, as he appeared at the last two Ironmans, doesn't get taken into overtime by Becker of NJ. IMO only, of course.

At least 3 times in that vid, Supa took two steps back to start a neutral. He would have been hit with stalling each time if that bout was officiated here in NJ. No big deal, didn't affect the outcome, just pointing out a difference in NJ v PA officiating. Also, riding vertically for as long as he did after the first TD would have been worthy of another stall call.

From my experience, stalling is called much quicker at states and regionals than at a tourny like this one.
It's unfortunate, because kids get used to matches being called one way, then in the most important matches , it's called another way.
